although i've thought about it many times, the fact of the matter is that my left hand has tons of muscle memory under its belt from the repeated exercises i've been doing and is a horrible indicator for how far i've progressed using memory.
so i'll be switching to and using my right hand for the remainder of this month while trying to keep use of my left hand as minimal as possible. i need to gauge my growth as best i can so using a hand that's already gotten a fair bit of muscle memory ingrained into it is distracting seeing as how memory drawing does not rely on muscle memory ( or maybe it does and i want an easy way out).

Alright guys, i'm about to spend the whole of this month drawing from copy exclusively to see where that'll put me. i have a couple of crazy ideas about learning how to draw more efficiently without getting locked into one particular style. i'll upload the ones which come out really good but just know that it's through copy.

excellent! things are going great. i've been grinding recently with drawing and i've been doing a great job at having fun, however it comes at a price, since i've been drawing in pen none of my drawings are fully finished, however i know what i am doing. i picked pen to promote clarity of the picture in my minds eye so when i get something right i feel really good.
